    Very silly idea,

Get someone in to add a socket off the correctly rated and protected circuit.

In Ireland most existing lighting circuits are not protected by an RCD, so they should not be used to allow end-user appliances to be connected i.e. as sockets.

As C4D suggests, you'll need to add a socket the correct way.

The 1970's just called - they want their branch-off light-socket adapter back.

If you're competent there are plenty of videos on youtube of how to do this properly without potentially killing someone.

Find and existing feed to a socket downstairs would be the place to start. Otherwise just use an extension for when you need power up there.

No such device exists for use with present day plugs. That kind of device hasn’t been manufactured for use here since the 1930s! You’re talking about a method of connection that’s been illegal for a the best part of a century.

It’s a very bad idea. Just get a proper socket fitted to a socket circuit. There would likely be easy access to wiring in the attic too. It’s not challenging for an electrician to wire one up for you.
