My HKC SW-1070 is showing up a fault for RF comms fault. When I go in to the engineers menu I see this for the RF PIR:

    Ver 2.0.0, Comms lost, Battery ok, I1=c, F=c b=c

I had thought it was the battery was just gone, but I think I saw somewhere in that menu that the battery was around 60%. I unmounted the PIR and brought it closer to the main box, closed the tampers and tried again but still no comms.

Could it be battery or is the sensor dead? Its about 3 years since it was installed.

In the mean time until I get it sorted is there any easy to inhibit that sensor to allow me set the alarm? The keypad is constantly flashing fault.
