Hi im new here so i hope im doing this right.. I am looking to set up a photography studio in a cabin in my garden at home.. What legal requirements do i need to deal with to get started eg.. public liability insurance? commercial licence? business registration? Any advice and help would be very much appreciated!

You don't need anything to set up the studio in your cabin other than studio equipment.

However, if you intend to bring the paying public in, then that's a whole different matter.

Insurance is a given.......PL and your equipment.

No need for business registration unless you intend to run it as a business, though you will need to declare the income. There's no "licence" needed either.
