    My current PC is not compatible with 11, under a bit of pressure already so time to change.

    I currently have an Intel i7 4790 3.6GHZ 16GB Ram, SSD etc. I have replaced the fans to keep the noise down. It's under a little bit of pressure when doing video processing.  

    Looking to replace it with a machine that I will get a few years out of. Small form so it can fit on the bench. Quiet so it doesn't interfere with video recording. I don't think I need an external graphics. 

    Can I have some suggestions?
