Guinness set up issue

Afternoon all, Hope all keeping well, I've a question on a Guinness set up in Guinness trouble since I bought the kegerator. Can't seem to get a normal head in the pints no matter what I do, increased the tubing from keg to tap, decreased it, adjusted pressure, changed coupler with my bar set up but nothing. Afternoon all,
Hope all keeping well, I've a question on a Guinness set up in Guinness trouble since I bought the kegerator. Can't seem to get a normal head in the pints no matter what I do, increased the tubing from keg to tap, decreased it, adjusted pressure, changed coupler with my bar set up but nothing. Head is always abt 2inches. Anyone have the same issue?
