Can employer refuse to give P60?

The P60 must be given to you by 31 May after the end of the tax year (5 April), so that, if you need to, you can complete a tax return or claim a repayment of tax. The only circumstance where an employer is not required to issue you with a P60 is if you have left their employment during the tax year.

Think the P60 has been discontinued by Revenue, all that sort of info should be in your employment summary in your revenue account

We don't have P60s here in Ireland.

We haven't had P60s since Tax Year 2018

For 2019 and onwards you just log onto MyAccount on Revenue.ie and the details are there in your Employment Detail Summary

No P60's in Ireland anymore. Your wages information is filed with Revenue in real time by your employer. You will be able to log into the 'myaccount' service on revenue and see all your pay info. Also the tax year in Ireland ends on the 31st December not the 5th April - its hasnt been the 5th of April since 2001.
