Black permanent marker, circa late 80's early 90's

    Anyone remember a black permanent marker popular in the late 80's and early 90's, was thick and about 80mm or so, think the name may have been Snowman, Showman or similar, did they go bust are they still around? I recall they had a popular scent so to speak, up there with Tipp-Ex to keep the youth awake on those long Friday afternoon Religion classes.
