Humphries does it, made hard work of it right at the end.

How crucial winning the 3rd set was, could have been 3-0 down.

    Another fantastic game of darts.

    Phenomenal match.

Both played fantastic, Humphries really pulled out the big scores when he needed to.

    25 180’s, both over 40% on doubles.

I think they should bin the Trebleless Visit stat, it's presented with no context and tells us very little.

For the Humphries Dobey game they had 23 and 28 respectively, but I have no idea if that's good or not.

    Cracking game again

I like Dobey but always thought Humphries would have him if he could keep close through that hot scoring spell

Humphries to give Cross a good game after he hammers the shite out of GAndo tonight 😎

Could watch a game like that all day.

Dobey seems like a decent lad but getting as far as the last 16 seems to be about his limit.

Humphries has got a very good action and 3 quarter finals in 4 years is very impressive in the Modern Era. Up against it in the last 8 but a reasonable chance of making the semi final.

Wade will just do enough as usual.

Think Cross Anderson will be tight. Anderson has to be better than last night.

Wright to beat Searle comfortably enough.

    Picks

Kleermaker (think he's overpriced @ 13/5 Boyles) , Cross and Wright. Hope I'm wrong about Wright 😋

Don't know what odds he is, but Kleermaker looks massive to win the 2nd quarter

edit posted a few mins too late - match already on 😃

that's why I haven't been paying much heed to Q2; I figure Wade will do enough to get through and then get brushed aside by Price or whoever.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,415 ✭✭✭Porthallian

Never doubt Mr Wade. He won't average over 100 very often but he's so consistent. Only 1 set in but I think he will brush Kleermaker aside with ease.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,415 ✭✭✭Porthallian

My picks, although a bit easier with Wade a set up now

    Wade 4-1

    Searle 4-3

    Cross 4-2

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,092 ✭✭✭Sultan of Bling

    It's ridulous.

If someody hits 3 single 20s and the other player hits a treble 5 and two single 20s, he scores less but it's not a trebleless throw.

As some one above posted, there's no context.

Wade should cruise this 4-0, Kleermaker too inconsistent
