LG OLED55CX5LB (2020 Model) availability?

Hi Richer Sounds. I recently saw the 2020 LG OLED55CX5LB for €1049 in a chain store in the Dublin. I know the 2021 C model is coming in around €1,350-1,400 but I would be more than happy to get the 2020 model at that price. I have the 2019 model and it's still excellent. Do you have any of these older versions available for this price? This is a second room TV so €1,000 was my budget limit especially since I could do with a soundbar as well.

Unfortunately the 55CX is now discontinued with ourselves.

I do have an open box unit which is priced up at £899 sterling but all the brand new ones have been sold out for a while now.

Cheapest 55" OLED at the minute would be the LG 55A16 priced at 929 Euro

Thanks for the quick response.

Is the 'open box' tv used/store model? or can you explain why it was opened? What would be your final price in Euro including delivery to Ireland (PM if it suits?). From my limited research I feel that a 2020 C class would be better than a 2021 A class.

Do you have any open box sound bars to match this TV?

Hi Jesper.

I've just checked and it was an ex-repair set that has had a new panel fitted.

Roughly in Euro it would work out at 1070 Euro.

Yeah, the CX has a better spec than the NEW A series.

I've no open box soundbars at the moment unfortunately :(
