Dead LCD

I just was wondering is there anyway of transferring all of my Whatspp and my pics from a Dead LCD to my PC? I have my usb cable from my phone to my PC but my phone is not showing on the file explorer on my PC. See, my phone went the 2day's before Christmas and now I can't get anything off it.

You've checked with another cable ? Is the phone charging at all ?

In hindsight, you'd have backed up your WhatsApp to Google Drive automatically every night and uploaded your photos to the cloud service of your choice
