    Great thread Martin. Unreal!

    Can I ask what you are using to measure the water temp? I swim/dip in lake and a few people have baby bath thermometers ( like a rubber ducky!) but they seem to be giving varied readings depending on the duck. ( temps varied from 6.4 to 8 today) Can you recommend something to use that is accurate? Thanks

    Juliet I don't measure water temp myself but one of the daily/morning swimmers uses a mercury thermometer and sends out a text each day.
