    Hoping for some assistance.


    Agility 3 solution, sim card was working but it's died now :( picked up a lyca mobile sim. activated it and fired on some credit. installed it, but no joy :( panel is still offline.

    I'm assuming maybe the SMS center is not set , or the APN details, but the installer manual only seems to cover the SMS center ( which was working when i tested the SIM.

    Maybe i simply need to power cycle the box ?

    Any ideas. ?

    Apn issue - resolved ! I obtained the installer code and updated the details ..
