If you're on Facebook, check the Irish Motorcycle Association page. They try to advertise as many as possible.
Always worth checking for late postponements in the current climate.

There were two Christmas ride outs today. One from Liffey Valley this morning and the second one was later in the afternoon from the Maxol garage on the Long Mile Road. Not sure who organized the first one but the second one was from Bikers of Eire. Check their facebook page as there are more coming up.
It's also handy to be in the motorbike Ireland facebook group for any events.
