Where to get spare parts for Lidl Silvercrest (own brand) items?

Got an auld air fryer from Lidl and have made bits of the non stick coating somehow. Can you buy spare parts from Lidl? I just need the tray/drawer bit that you put the food in. I can't find anything on google. Just random websites not related to silvercrest but selling a small selection of crap.

We bought a handheld vacuum from Lidl and in the manual it gave a website to buy spare parts from. If you don't still have the paperwork get in contact with them, their customer care is generally very helpful from what I've heard.
