Hi i have move to new home with a HKC Secure wave system installed

i have been giving the code, however the keypad will beep when i hit any button but the screen is dead and the code does not set or unset

Is it possible to just replace the keypad and are the keypads still available to purchase?

Yes it's possible to replace the keypad. However I wouldn't be sure yet that is the problem. What is displaying at the keypad when you try entering the code.

It does not display anything as the LCD screen is dead, can just hear a beep if i press any button

To be sure disconnect it and wire it directly into the control panel. Also try a restart of the control panel.

I would recommend you wire it directly into the panel before trying to replace incase of a cable issue.

The keypads are IDed onto the system so you will need engineer access to replace.
