Anyone on here experiencing problems with the top- up feature on the My3 app?

I'm trying to update my payment card details on this and it won't work properly.

Anyone else?

If you are struggling to topup this seems to allow you to topup any Three number without needing to login - https://mi-pay.three.ie/UnregisteredTopup

Maybe a good short term solution if you are stuck for a topup.

Thanks. But the issue I'm having is updating my new payment card details, not so much actually topping up.

I couldn't find a way to edit card details in the app last week, did it online instead.

Thanks for that 😁 Can you tell me the steps you followed online to edit card details, I tried earlier and all I could find was where to top up ( not what I'm looking for) 🙁

I got the following error message even when using the 3 web site

Three.ie Top up service notification

We are upgrading registered Top up services. To top up your account now click here.

Am I missing a step or something? How do I edit my card details from the 3 desktop web site?
