Absolute chancers, sure the Zappi has a 3 year warranty and very helpful support when anything goes wrong with them, though going by that form you wouldn't be allowed have them "tamper" with the unit 😂

What an absolute joke, I'm not letting any company other than the manufacturer take apart my car to service the charger, oh wait they mean the charge point

They're going to charge you €90 if they get called out to any issues, on top of the €140 annual fee.

Change the blinker fluid and filter every year or the light won't flash anymore then the neighbours won't know you have a Zappi.

€102.15 (90 + 13.5% VAT) + the cost of any parts required on top of the annual €140 fee you have to pay for the privelige of locking yourself into an exclusive maintenance contract.

For a business who hasn't got their own electrician on call - maybe ok to have preventative maintenance.

For a private individual - scam. How often do you get your household plugs serviced?!

I love how they call it "tampering", and I doubt most qualified electricians would call their work "tampering".

Agreed, this is shocking.

I also got a 3 year warranty on the Andersen A2 charger, from EV Power Ireland, the 3 years included, was an important item to have included.

However, when i was checking other chargers, if i recall correctly, 3 years is not a standard included feature across all suppliers.
