Good evening,
I am wondering would anyone be able to help me out. My lovely toddler got a hold of the alarm keypad this evening and has somehow managed to lock us out of the keypad. An error message keeps coming up 'Access Denied' when I try to set/ reset the alarm. I have tried to reset it using the user codes on the alarm door but it wont let me change it. I have turned off the power in the mains to see if that would reset the alarm but nothing happens. It keeps displaying an error message 'Access Denied'. Anyone have any advice?

I'm presuming your entering the wrong code as its coming up with access denied, the correct user code is what's needed.
What type system have you installed, also is it a user code you are trying to use or engineer?
