    I've seen it in The Fresh Market in Marino occasionally. I'd call beforehand if you need to travel to check if they have it. I've also seen it in Asian Supermarkets in the city centre.

    Most good Supervalues, Get Fresh Rathfarnham, most/all of the Fresh stores , Dollard & Co, Fallon & Byrne.
