In fairness, it's tough for the other 10 players being a man down every minute Pogba is on the pitch.

Greenwood has been poor Ronaldo non existent and fernades sums it all up missing a peno. Ole ole why why why.

Should have won it in the first half but almost threw it away there too.

Loss to Young Boys. Oh it doesn’t matter, still loads of games to go.

loss to West Ham, knocked out of the league cup. Oh it doesn’t matter, only a Mickey Mouse cup.

loss to Villa in the league……

Cant keep blaming the players available anymore. We have by far the best team available that we’ve had since Fergie was here.

That will start changing now and if United don’t win on Weds it will ramp up. Nobody can defend that today.

Norwich on the 11th of December looks like the next game we should be nailed on to win.

I'm dreading Villarreal during the week, we should be looking for revenge against them, I'd say we're in line for a pasting.

Anyway off to try and enjoy the weekend after that standard muck

Ole out and that's it. I'm locked in on it now enough is enough

Ronaldo must be scratching his head going wtf mistake have I made joining up with a manager who hasn't a clue

Well that was shocking. I was always of the opinion that Ole, with a bit of luck, could win one of the big competitions but I just don't see it anymore. Taking off Mctominay was the right call in my opinion but it was too little too late. Villa deserved that and Utd always looked second best.

It's tough to play in Pogbas position when you have two complete planks in Fred and McTominay playing alongside you. For two "defensive" midfielders neither of them broke up play or protected the back 4 at any stage today. And when we had the ball they were even worse.

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

I feel foolish for thinking we could win the league this year, with the players we have we shouldn't be playing this poorly against mid table teams. I wonder if ronaldo is starting to regret coming back

The annoying thing is Ole will get us to beat City or Chelsea and prolong the inevitable once again. Every time he’s on the brink, he pulls a result out and we kick the can down the road for another 6 months.

He should have started RONALDO. Not sure what the gaffer was thinking

Inexcusable for a team with that much talent in it to be playing like this. Woeful tactically. Utterly spineless.

We gave him a three year contract a few months ago FFS.

Just a bad day at the office today lads, nothing to worry about. The other performances this season have been very encouraging.

Ole just needs to sign a good DM and thats the final piece of his puzzle.

    but seriously now…

where were the tactical subs? Why was Pogba left on, why didn’t he bring on a wide player?

Ole threw on a striker in Cavani when the existing strikers were so starved of service they had to drop deep to get on the ball and try and make it happen themselves.

amateur hour stuff from Ole and his “coaching team”

Keeper did a good job of winding up Bruno. Shouting at him saying Ronaldo should take it.

beaten in 3 competitions before the end of September ffs.

Having Solksjaer in charge is like going into every game a goal down.

We all appreciate the guy is a club legend, but the owners are having a laugh with him in charge. They had to pay out big time to the previous three coaches because they didn't made such a mess of rebuilding the squad and now they're persisting with a guy who has no business managing a club this big.

There is some serious talent and potential in the squad, the opposite to the sides we had under Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho and the manager can't get anything out of them.

Players aren't blind to a managers limitations either, I'd be shocked if the senior players aren't looking at him.as a dead man walking already, which leads to the type of performances we're seeing now.

I fúcking knew it weeks ago; We could have the likes of Ronaldo, Cavani, Sancho, Bruno, Pogba, Varane and Greenwood in the team and still struggle against mid-table opposition.

The 3 unwise men, Ole, Carrick and McKenna, need to fúck off to League 2 where they can learn on the job while they don't waste the best United squad in a decade.

Sick of Carrick on the bench too. We need a top class coaches not jobs for the lads.

Unfortunately by the time he will be sacked we will have nothing left to play for.

Absolutely played off the pitch in the second half at home to villa.

Ole to blame for most of that

But lots more wrong than that

It's like Liverpool in the 90's with their "boot room boys". We all know how that ended up. Ole is our Roy Evans.

They would be better off going in to the game with the mentality of being a goal down. It's the only time this team ever seems to wake up and have some menace in their attack.
