Eir trying to change the price of promotional offer after signed up

Hi, Has anyone any experience of this? Just signed up to eir on a 24 month contract at a promotional price of 34.99 a month ( have the signup email as proof). Today I log in to myEir account and is displaying as 36.99 a month.

Don't worry. I also had an extra €2 added on in the email after signing up, but I was billed the correct amount. I think the €2 is to do with the direct debit. Could be because the direct debit order is not setup yet.
Eir charge an extra €2 if you don't pay by direct debit.

Great thanks hopefully this is the case. Struck me as unusual though and have heard horror stories in the past. Hopefully no issue.
