    Do you need to have the price tag on items of clothing when getting a refund along with a reciept?

    Yes I asked about exchanging a sale item recently they said leave the tag on and hold on to the receipt

    Do you usually need a reason for a refund or can you just simply say you picked up the wrong size & get your money back?

    You can just say wrong size and need to change it should be fine. Once you have the receipt and the tags are still on it there shouldn't be any issues

    Once the tags are attached,you have the receipt and no damage to the items you're good for a refund-cash for cash or refund to card if used for payment.
