Sata 2 - USB adapter to retrieve data from old W7 primary drive ?

I would like to retrieve data ( circa 250GB ) from a Windows 7 Pro primary drive ( laptop SATA II ) onto a Windows 10 laptop. Laptop has USB 2 & 3 ports. What do I need to get to do this ? Can it be bought in a B&M store in the greater Dublin area ?

Not B&M but I bought one like this on Amazon. Mine is a generic brand. Can't find it now but Sabrent are a good make.
