Double Glazed Window Glass

One of the glass panels in our conservatory has condensation inside, I believe this is terminal for the window. Does anyone know whether I can get a double glazed pane made up anywhere in Dublin, I can fit it myself. All the places on the internet seem to only do supply and fit. If this falls foul of the advertising rule…

It's not terminal, you should be able to get a glazier to refill the gas inside it and reseal it.
Have you tried the good old Golden Pages?
