Replacing Nest thermostat with Netatmo thermostat?

Wondering if anyone has replaced their nest thermostat with a Netatmo one?

Fairly well integrated with Nest - doorbell, smoke alarms, thermo etc. They're good, but I want to move away from google & get some apple HomeKit equipment instead. It'll be a gradual process replacing everything, but I want to start with the thermostat.

Does the Netatmo do hot water as well (the nest does). We only have one heating zone (older house) & water. I note that energy have an offer of free thermo & installation right now & I need to move energy suppliers so it could be fortunate timing.
