How to display open zones on keypad

Hi folks,

Hoping this is a simple one.

Had HKC alarm upgraded with new panel and keypads.

Old keypad used to show open zones or "ready to arm".

New one just shows the installer company name and time/date

Is there any way to switch the keypad to show the open zones? I have engineer code.

When you have an open zone on the system in will display on the keypad. There is an option foe audio you can set up to let you know through voice on the keypad.

Doesn't seem to be the case on this system. It doesn't tell me which zone is open until I try to arm the system.

The old one used to list open zones all the time.

No it wont tell you until you go to set it unless it's a tamper. You possibly had an old analog panel and the red led,s lit up. The LCD panels dont tell you.

You would need to disable EN50131 for this to work.

Systems options menu, misc options menu, work to EN50131, change YES to NO.

This changes any EN settings in the panel but will allow the keypad scroll to open zones.
