Here's where I'm at, thinking about bench boost gw1

I'd be interested, do we need to create a new account/team?

At a guess, playing BB in GW1 is probably the most optimal strategy in that you'll aim to get 15 players who play 90 mins. whereas if you at TC, you might just load up on premium players and forget about the bench. The chances are by the end of the season at least 4 of your players will be injured or not in the league or lost their place in the team.

Put a team in-a couple of queries:

1. Can we change captain each week?
2. Can we switch in subs from the bench?
