Gomo 2 step authorisation code problems

Has anyone managed to sort problem of not receiving authorisation codes with GoMo. I can’t get them and causing huge problems for payments etc. Gomo saying my banks fault but this cannot be true. Any advice?

Honestly I've been with gomo since the start and never had a problem with authorisation codes. Might sound like an obvious thing to check but are you blocking unknown, withheld, private numbers on your device?

My sister was having the same problem paying motor tax, bank said it wasn't an issue on their side, eventually worked yesterday.
