Hi Folks. Any idea where to look for cable (socket circuit) under the stairs in 17 years old building? My first guess was to check behind the plaster wall on the socket height similar to sockets in the living room 🀔

What makes you think there should be a cable there at all ? It would be a very unusual place for either a socket or cable for a socket to be.
Sockets are wired by running a cable straight up from the socket and through the joists in the ceiling to the next socket on the circuit.
