Leaking U Oipe

Have a leaking under pipe under bathroom sink. When tap is flowing at half volume no issue. When tap is at full flow the water leaks out where I have circled. It’s as if water can’t get out U pipe quick enough leading to a build up and leak.

All fittings appear nice and tight-suggstions

    You picture isn't showing.

Tight doesn't mean not leaking. Over-tightening causes leaks too.
It's a matter of all seals being seated properly, and obviously that no parts are damaged.

If you want to tackle this yourself then take the leaking joint apart, check all the seals looking for pinch-marks etc. and put it back together hand-tightening only.

Additionally, make sure that everything is aligned vertically. If you have to push or pull a pipe horizontally to connect it then when you ley go, the pipes may tend to want to move back and that will introduce a gap.
