    Hi there

Anyone know if AIB have fax machines in their branches?

Also, you can walk into a branch and get your bank statements printed off right?

As far as I know, yes to both questions. Make sure you go to a branch with kiosk banking - that's where you print the statements.

The fax machine would just be for staff use though - if you need to send something to an AIB department they'd facilitate you but probably not if you just want your documents sent off somewhere else.

For the faxing part, there are apps that allow you to send faxes through your smartphone.

On the Branch Locator, they list a Fax number for most branches, check yours to see if a number is listed. They also have email addresess, if might be easier to email them that fax.

Most/All Branches have a self service machine that allows one to print statements. The Branch Locator will also list the facilities available.
The staff behind the counter can also assist.

Why not ring them and ask? They don't bite. Normally.

Because you'll get through to a call centre in Dublin or Kildare who will read off the information on the website unfortunately. All calls to branches are diverted to a call centre. To be fair about 95% are answerable by the call centre

Yes and the call centre will advise if there is an in branch fax machine, and if so it's number.
