Help with screenshot due to security policy

    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone but getting an error message "can't take screenshot due to security policy."

    I tried to search apps but no luck.

    Anyone can help me please?

    Do you have an incognito tab open? If you do, close it and you can take the screenshot.

    Some apps will not allow screenshots to be taken.

    Use another phone to take a pic of the screen if possible

    Ah right. What type of app is it? I know some banking apps dont allow screenshots due to security alright. Only other time I've had the issue is if I had incognito tabs in use.

    If its neither of those, I'm of no help to you unfortunately.

    Screen record a quick video then screenshot the video.

    Got around the BOI security with this

    It's TheAA app.

    I tried video recording already but the screen is recorded as black.
