help need please no sound

Huawei - Mate book D 15.6" Laptop no sound since yesterday, had a look on web and tried different things, still no sound. Bought in January this year. Thanks

may

open device manager

uninstall all items in audio inputs and outputs

reboot laptop

if still no sound try 3.5mm port and or bluetooth speaker to at least see if that works

if you still have cover from where you bought it from go there next

thank you, very helpful, what worked was uninstall/ reinstalled drivers. Appreciate your help.
