Reminds me of scholes sometimes , the way he turns and passes. Good eye for a pass.

20 left, 3 up and this lot don’t look too threatening. Please Ole take Bruno off...

Love the respect there that Bruno has for Mata.

This is grand. No injuries , no suspensions, sub players to rest , not to much drama , probably a win and practically a training match at this stage. Can’t really ask too much more at this stage, not great to watch but conserve energy for weekend.

Shame Mata didn’t connect with that first. Would be great to see him get a header!

Will go down as an unfortunate own goal but that was a lovely cross by Telles. It's great to see more and more of our goals coming from real good dangerous balls being played into the box from out wide.

Grand, comfortable win, hope we never, ever have to play that lot again, horrible bunch.

No excuses for not winning the thing now, time for the team to shyt or get off the pot.

Telles and Shaw give us great options. Both have great streghts which are different from each other.

It's been said before and I know it may not be Europe's elite we're talking about here but having a route made up of opposition from La Liga -> Serie A -> La Liga -> Serie A and hopefully either La Liga or Premier League to win a cup is surely not the norm.

They've loads of players out injured I think a good few more picked up suspensions tonight

Have a horrible feeling Arsenal will win this.
No guarantee we’ll make the final of course. But if we get past Roma, it’s most likely us vs Arsenal in final.

And we have been rubbish against them for so long now. They’ve become a real bogey side for Utd.

I’ve been watching them in Serie A. They haven’t been great this season to be honest. Dzeko has really struggled for goals. Mkhitaryan has chipped in with 9 goals but I wouldn’t worry so much about him or Pedro... we should be able to take care of them.
Mancini got booked last night so he’ll be out for the game at OT. Smalling injured so he’ll miss the game as well. Spinazzola and Pellegrini are probably their strongest players, the former didn’t play last night... could be after picking up an injury too. If we play to the best of our ability we should be beating them 2-0 at home.

Was a comfortable game last night, didn't think much of Granada tbh, we tried to move the quick at times but it was a game we were always in control, good to see VDB get a run out and Mata as well,

Now to get over the semi final stage

Potentially 3 more games in the EL to win a trophy. I’ll take that. Rightly favourites and this team needs a trophy, wishful thinking but could be the catalyst to push on for bigger/better things next season.

Interesting comments out of Pogba this morning too! :D

Man Utd can relax knowing that they are basically in the champions league anyway next year. Every other team has to win this to get into it. That can invite some added pressure onto them, and maybe being a bit more relaxed can help in a sense that they can approach the games with a little caution and invite them to do the attacking at time and pick them off.

It can work both ways. Sometimes the fear of coming up empty handed can be a great motivator, like Utd when we won the Europa.

Arsenal may just want it more because they have **** all else.

We dont start games well, so Im not mad on the approach above.

I fear a repeat of last years semi too.

    hopefully Villareal knock Arsenal out.

Arsenal aren't great... but Arteta and Arsenal seem to have a hex on Ole and United.

Even if we don't get past Roma, hopefully villareal knock out arsenal - if we don't win it I don't want Arsenal to either

Imagine arsenal winning Europa, Chelsea (finish 5th in league) winning the CL and Liverpool finishing 4th in league but missing out CL. That would be kind of funny.
