    I used the 4c off a litre this morning in a circle k where it cost 148.9 per litre. I noticed another circle k that isnt participating in scratch and win selling it for 143.9 per litre.
    So its actually more expensive by a cent to buy petrol in the circle k that has the promotion!

    All circleK have diff prices..i bought with the code ar circle K with price of 141c..effectively 137c
