    It seems to be a bit of a thing . There seems to be loads of similar incidents. You could be seriously injured.. These guys need to be made an example of and prosecuted

    The Garda Technical, Cyber Services, Garda IT are going to put a time and location on it and see if the American Satellites can prove the cyclist is wearing the same clothes (might need DNA) as "John"

    Depends on settings, but of course in a criminal case location can be verified by triangulation of signals. If they bother, that is.

    Stuff like videos, confirmation from the victim, his GPS location on an app, the clothes he was wearing etc..........that's not enough
