CCTV on phone when my internet is down

    Our internet was down for a few days.Is it possible to view the CCTV on my phone through the home Wifi without internet ascess?The cameras are connected to a hybrid Dvr which is connected to the Wifi.

    If the CCTV cameras are RSTP capable you may be able to connect on your local network via the open-source VLC player:

    Look into opening an rtsp port on your cameras in your documentation.

    On the VLC player, you would add each camera via:

    File - Open Network - URL

    rtsp://username:pwd@Local-camera01-IP:port/videoMain

    rtsp://username:pwd@Local-camera02-IP:port/videoMain

    etc...
