The Way of the Househusband: Season 1 (Japanese, Manga)
After disappearing from the underworld, the legendary yakuza Tatsu, “the Immortal Dragon,” resurfaces — as a fiercely devoted stay-at-home husband.

    That looks hilarious:

The definition of a great popcorn movie IMO.

Seymour-Hoffman was so annoying in it though..

.. amazing to see the career he carved out after it.

Watched 'The White Tiger' the other night and thought it was very good.

Also agree with those who said Sherpas was worth watching!

I posted about this yesterday, but then deleted because I was unsure if the deal will affect us here - the Sony press release specifies that this is an "exclusive first pay window licensing deal in the U.S."

Why the heck does melissa mccarthy keep doing these crappy comedies with her fecking husband?!?
She is such a funny screen presence in the right film, and can you ever forgive me shows she can do dramatic roles....it's just such a waste of her talents

Age of Samurai : Battle for Japan

I thought it was amazing. I knew a lot of this period before as they make computer games on this era of unifying Japan.

Ruthlessly cruel and violent warlords battle among themselves and in the end there is 250 years of peace.

They have some authors and professors jumping in and introducing characters and giving the facts while you watch the drama. Seamlessly done

Yeah, she needs to work less with Falcone and do something different. She has the talent.

Its a brilliant show, I would personally take it over line of duty any day.
I would say stay of the dedicated thread on here, spoilers abound for season 4, which was excellent as usual.

    I couldn't believe how that thread went:confused:

It was a sudden change from spoilers to anything goes and thankfully i had already watched the last episode.

That is very true, I remember posting spoiler tags etc on the night but it went out the window with people pretty quickly, in fairness the title of the thread was changed to say it contained spoilers.

Yep I know by now to steer well clear of all threads in case of spoilers! Once bitten twice shy. We are going to try line of duty when we have finished unforgotten, I watched the first episode years ago and wasn’t a fan but I’m hoping a fresh look will improve it

The annoying thing was the spoiler for Unforgotten Season 4 was everywhere , all over the media and newspaper . I haven’t seen it yet and unfortunately know the jist now
Having said all that it’s absolutely brilliant !

Bad Trip was good harmless silly fun..

.. some hits, some misses but unfortunately do think it would have worked best as a cinema movie with an audience. Shame!

Worth a watch for something daft and entertaining though.

I like silly comedies, but I turned this off half way through, just couldn't get into it.
