What do you all think the chances are of the third level institutions continuing with remote learning at least for the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year?

I think there is a chance that students will be back in smaller groups, there will be a blended learning approach, lectures will be online, smaller tutorial groups on campus. Simon Harris is really pushing for students to be back on campus.

Harris can push but its down to individual colleges and universities but yes students will be back as you outlined. A lot of our students were already back on campus in S2 20/21 - our plan and most I think is hybrid (mixture of online and in person).
