sole trader or do I have too pay tax?

Few questions. If I start getting someone too do door too door sales for me with some products I buy. Do I need a licence in Ireland? I tried too look into it and it seemed like I dont as it was not showing online. Secondly if I was selling things door too door when would I need too start paying taxes would I need too…
