I got an error message “low Battery call engineer” I replaced the battery but the error was still there, I thought perhaps the battery was a dud and replaced it again. The error clears but then reoccurs after about two hours. The battery is fine any help appreciated.

Open wire free sensor and replace battery, screw is on bottom of sensor.
If its a RF motion then you will need a CR123 battery.
Chemist or local store usually have them in stock.
