I have disconnected and removed all remnants of the hkc alarm in house. There are 2 bell box front and rear. Is it possible to keep the blue led flashing by hardwiring the boxes into a circuit in attic?

Yes, you could install a 12V boxed power supply with back up battery and power the bells Leds off that.
