Anyone who feels that the promotion of the Irish language is a waste of money should consider this...I came across an ad in the weekend papers for an 'offis heid' and fell around laughing my ass off...

What it is... and how much it costs...

...this is SO a piece of tit-for-tat nonsense from the Belfast Agreement.

I thought that was a piss-take website promoting a made up language consisting of a phonetically written Scottish accent (eg "Tha Boord o Ulstèr-Scotch haes fower warkers jist noo" sounds like "The Board of Ulster-Sctoch has fewer worker just now"), but then I saw it listed here: http://www.pobail.ie/ie/SeirbhisiCorparaidi/GachNasc/

    [edit]
Actually, this has to be a made-up language, taking the piss out of Irish: "Oors is the rail tongue, a leevin tongue, wit a rae of colour"

I nearly pissed myself laughing it has to be a piss take what type of language hgoes like "Sae as tae be fit tae dae aa tha". All they're doing is either adding or taking away a few letters in each word. Sounds like somebody is writing the way they speak.
