    Hi All,

Hoping you can help, I have bought the Netgear Orbi RBK50 Mesh wifi, I am trying to connect this directly to my Sky Ireland media converter and bypass the Sky Router.

Can anyone confirm if I must apply Vlan tagging to the Wan port on my Orbi routers and if so how do I do it, I can only see Vlan tagging option for the Lan ports.

Also does anyone know if I bought a small switch and applied the Vlan tagging on the switch would this work as a work around?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

That terminology is normally used for MoCA, do you mean an ONT?

Use the IPTV menu of your Orbi.

Your Orbi should work on its own, you may need to look in the IPTV section.
