question for all you, please advise

Got my charge back refund in December after 10 months of fight for my own money , credited back by My CC Bank , now trip provider just after refunding me as well 3 months later , full amount after 13 months now .
What to do lads ?

1. call bank and refund charge back
2.Call trip Provider and refund refund
3.Keep It and wait to see what happens :-) ?
