Social distancing ignored in the workplace

    I'm working where social distancing rules are ignored. We have a changing area where 5 people are allowed. But finishing up, everyone wants to get home early, so more people pile up. Not 6, not 7, not 8 but 10 people gather up.

    It's so wrong. So to be safe, I leave early myself to avoid the crowd. I was pulled up on leaving early, yet they don't care about people ignoring social distancing.

    What can I do here?
