    Have a Nokia 8.3 will not connect to internet after updating to android 11 have tried restarting etc but no good working fine on WiFi.

    Seems to work when i switch to 3G manually wiil not work on 4G or above.

    Phone is gone to crap since the update open email and a different app shows.

    Backup what you need and do a factory reset. Will be back up and running in less than an hour.

    Have done a reset and still crap 4G wills till not work tells me there is an update for chrome even that wont download disaster of an update.

    Have you checked data roaming did not turn itself off?

    You could try force 4g only to see if it will pick it up at all. It won't fix the issue but it'll see if it can detect it at all.

    Did you do a restore from google after you done the factory reset. If all else fails maybe do another factory reset and set it up as a new device. You'll need to re-download your apps yourself and backup your messages using sms backup and restore to Gdrive beforehand if you want to keep them but it might fix the issue if the issue is in the backup.
