    Jammy goal.

Newcastle deserve to be a few ahead. I'd be shocked if they don't come back and beat us.

    You almost sound disappointed.

Not at all, but realistically we've been played off the park at home by one of the most lacklustre sides imaginable, and not for the first time in recent memory.

There's something dreadfully wrong at United, but we keep managing to do just enough to paper over the cracks.

    Glazers Out!

Considering the amount of shots they've had since the beginning of the second half yeah.

    Glazers Out!

He's dragging us through games. Would love to get a few players around him

I actually thought he was generally good in first half. His passing has been good tonight.

We should be scoring again. But up until now we've been played off the park by a Newcastle side who sit in 17th position in the table.

We also got our asses handed to us by Sheffield United a few weeks ago at home.

You'll forgive me if I don't cream my pants at the sight of Daniel James scoring against the run of play at home against opposition of this quality.

    Glazers Out!

If we continue with this level of crap he'll be heading off to Madrid or Barcelona sooner rather than later.

    Glazers Out!

James would run all day for you, hasn't got the best end product but works hard

If he was a tougher lad he'd be an asset. He's just a bit lightweight.

Are you going to say we are being played off the park regardless of what happens in this game? Kind of feels like it.

I'm saying it because it happened.

Newcastle played us off the park for the majority of this game at Old Trafford.

I hope we hold on for the 3 points, but it doesn't mean I'm going to be thinking to myself that we played brilliantly, because we didn't.

It's why I don't mind Daniel James as a footballer. He's not technically gifted but he'll give it his all and won't drop his head. He'll be first in the firing line for people giving out why he's starting, playing poorly, etc.

At least he gives it his all, keeps working and got rewarded with the goal.

Stark contrast to Martial who has all the talent but none of the drive nor determination.

Talent will only get you so far, putting in the graft separate the best.
