I do enjoy a few of the The Whistlin' Donkeys covers on Spotify. Still have the feeling these lads are one of the many student type bands who would show up at every collage around the country for the craic. Real drinking band

A-ha with a plucky rendition of Touchy, on Surprise Surprise back in the day. Only Cilla could pull off such a coup.... Touchy being one of the more complex arrangements in their reportoire. Sonically, at least with the lyrical theme being open to interpretation as some clever wordplay leaving everything to the imagination.
...certainly a challenging number with keyboardist Magne Furuholmen seen to be literally kicking out; against the pricks.0 -
