Hi Guys, Looking into the ‘Fair Deal Scheme’ for my mother. While she is in the nursing home can they house be rented or sold? Or does it have to be sold when she’s passed. CP

While she is in the nursing home can they house be rented or sold?

Or does it have to be sold when she’s passed.
